MUA Industrial Action at Patrick Terminal Brisbane

Further to our previous notices about Maritime Union of Australia’s (MUA) Industrial action at Patrick Terminals, we have been advised that the action at Brisbane terminal will be further extended.

Details of these additional actions are given below:

• A ban on working in higher levels and/or performing upgrades at Fisherman Island (Brisbane) starting from 11pm Friday 4^th June 2021 and finishing at 7am Saturday 5^th June 2021.
• A ban on working overtime at Fisherman Island (Brisbane) starting from 11pm Friday 4^th June 2021 and finishing at 7am Saturday 5^th June 2021.

Please expect some delays and interruptions to vessel schedules and container operations during this period due to the labour shortage.
