Red Sea and Suez Canal Situation

Over the past few days, several containerships have been attacked while sailing the Red Sea.  As a result, many shipping lines have announced the suspension of vessel movements via the Red Sea and vessels have been detoured via alternative routes, causing delays and disruptions to sailing schedules.

It is likely that carriers will start to impose a war risk surcharge should the situation continue as is and if this happens, we will have no option but to pass this on.
