Latest update on the Svitzer situation
Attention: Shipping Manager
We have been informed that from 12pm on Friday 18 November all crews covered by Svitzer Australia will be locked out indefinitely.
The company said no vessels will be towed into or out of 17 Australian ports that Svitzer services when the lockout becomes effective.
This will impact shipping operations at major metropolitan and regional Australian ports nationwide including:

- Sydney: Port Botany & Port Jackson
- Port Kembla
- Eden

- Melbourne
- Westernport

- Cairns
- Mourilyan
- Lucinda
- Brisbane

- Adelaide

- Geraldton
