DP World Industrial Action – Further Update

Further to our earlier update on the facilitated bargaining sessions, Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) have advised that the members of the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union have outlined a further series of work bans and stoppages upto and including Saturday 23^rd December.  They have verbally indicated that the industrial action will be withdrawn on the days when local level discussions are occurring.  These dates are Wednesday 13^th December for Melbourne, Sydney and Fremantle and Thursday 14^th December for Brisbane.
